Make technical depth easier to understand.
Executives, operators, clinicians, partners, customers, and candidates needed clear ways to understand dense subject matter without fragmenting the brand.
Sole in-house Visual Communications Designer · 2023 to 2026
ARGO communicates sophisticated software, workflows, and business concepts to highly specialized audiences. I designed the visual layer across its public website, translating technical content into clear page compositions, original illustrations, iconography, diagrams, and data visuals.
Executives, operators, clinicians, partners, customers, and candidates needed clear ways to understand dense subject matter without fragmenting the brand.
I used disciplined hierarchy, modular compositions, restrained color, and reusable illustration, icon, and diagram families across product, editorial, recruiting, event, and support content.
As ARGO's sole in-house designer from 2023 to 2026, I owned the visual layer across financial services and healthcare while adapting the system to distinct audiences and content types.
My role: Sole in-house visual designer responsible for page composition, illustration, iconography, diagrams, information graphics, and website imagery. Content strategy, product ownership, CMS implementation, and engineering were collaborative or outside my scope.
Before and after
The archived September 2022 homepage relied on unrelated stock photography and legacy page treatments. After joining ARGO as its sole in-house designer, I redesigned the public site's visual layer and built coordinated illustration, iconography, information-design, and composition families for financial-services and healthcare content.

The pre-Austin homepage used general-purpose photography and one-off visual treatments across product categories.

The production system connects brand, product, editorial, and recruiting content through shared visual rules.
Product families, healthcare content, editorial modules, career storytelling, and navigation now read as parts of one visual system.
